1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LoyalBites at loyalbites.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
LoyalBites provides merchants with digital loyalty card and WhatsApp messaging tools to engage their customers. Merchants subscribe to a paid plan to access dashboard features; customers join a merchant's loyalty program for free via QR code.
3. Merchant Accounts
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Merchants must provide accurate business information and obtain proper consent from customers before enrolling them.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Razorpay. Plans, pricing, and feature limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use LoyalBites to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
LoyalBites is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including message delivery failures by third-party providers (Meta, Razorpay).
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
