3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to: • Provide and operate the LoyalBites loyalty platform • Enable merchants to manage their customer loyalty programs • Send WhatsApp messages to customers on behalf of merchants (only with customer consent via QR scan) • Process subscription payments • Improve our platform and customer support • Send important service updates to merchants
4. WhatsApp Messaging
By joining a merchant's loyalty program via QR code, customers consent to receive WhatsApp messages from that merchant through LoyalBites. These messages include welcome messages, reward notifications, and promotional reminders. Customers can opt out at any time by contacting the merchant directly.
5. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security enabled. This means each merchant can only access their own customer data. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: • Supabase: Our database provider for data storage • Twilio: For sending WhatsApp messages • Razorpay: For processing subscription payments These third parties are bound by their own privacy policies and are only provided data necessary to perform their services.
